The purpose of this paper is to reveal the literary therapeutic nature of creating a film and to establish the methodology of literary therapy with creating a film. The results of this paper are as follows. At the stage of scenario the creator will bring to light the epic of self in the form of the epic of literary work. At the stage of performance the creator will experience the character in the epic of literary work, and at the stage of filming the creator will experience the desire of spectator. At the stage of editing the creator will experience the integration of scenes in the epic of self. At the stage of showing the creator will experience the common ownership of the epic of self. After all in the course of creating a film we will experience literary therapy very effectively.
