유치원 에듀케어 교사의 역할인식과 수행

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 서울특별시 공ㆍ사립 유치원 에듀케어 교사의 역할인식과 역할수행에 대해 알아보기 위해 서울시 공ㆍ사립유치원 에듀케어 교사 250명을 대상으로 설문조사를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 연구문제에 따라 빈도와 백분율 및 평균과 표준편차를 산출하였고, t검증 및 F검증, 상관관계 분석을 하였다. 연구결과 유치원 에듀케어 교사의 역할에 대한 인식은 매우 높게 나타났으며, 이는 에듀케어 교사의 연령, 경력, 학력에 따라 차이가 있었다. 또한 유치원 에듀케어 교사의 역할수행은 비교적 높게 나타났으며, 이는 에듀케어 교사의 연령, 에듀케어 학급 수, 교사와 유아의 비율에 따라 차이가 있었다. 유치원 에듀케어 교사의 역할인식과 수행과의 관계는 통계적으로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 에듀케어 교사의 역할에 대한 인식이 높을수록 에듀케어 교사의 역할수행 정도가 높음을 의미한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study examined the kindergarten Edu-Care teachers' perceptions and practices of their roles. The questionnaires were distributed to 250 Edu-Care teachers at private and public kindergartens to find out the Edu-Care teachers' perceptions and practices of their roles. Data were analyzed by T-test, F-test, and Correlations. The major findings of the study were as follows: First, the findings of this study revealed that the Edu-Care teachers have high perceptions of their roles. The perceptions of their roles varied according to their ages, years of teaching, and years of education. Second, the Edu-Care teachers reported that they carry out most of their roles. The practices of their roles varied according to the teachers' ages, the number of classes at kindergarten, and the teacher-child ratio. Third, the practices of the Edu-Care teachers' roles were highly correlated with the perceptions of their roles.
