공감각학습개발과 융합 형 인재개발의 관계성에 관한 연구 = 뉴로 피드백의 뇌 활성화에 따른 인지기능 향상을 기반으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

미래형 인재에 대해 요즘 화두가 되어 지고 있는 STEAM(융합)교육에 있어 창의성개발이 중요시 되고 있다. 다양한 지식을 통합하여 사고하여 문제를 해결 할 수 있는 능력에 대한 인재양성은 급진적인 21C 사회적 변화의 흐름 속에서 가장 필요로 하는 교육으로 떠오르고 있다. 이러한 교육 패러다임 속에 창의와 융합을 강조한 창의 융합 형 인재양성은 이 시대 교육에 가장 중요한 키워드로 학교학습의 수업 프로그램과 교과과정에 창의성을 강조하며 교과간의 경계선을 통합하는 방법을 모색하는 중이다. 이러한 융합 형 교육에 있어 핵심적인 “창의성“에 관한 기반은 공감각적 오감능력으로부터 길러질 수 있다는 사실은 이미 여러 가지 사례와 연구로 검증되어 있다. 타고나 공감각과 학습에 의한 공감각의 능력이 여러 지식을 통합적으로 사고하고 새로운 창의적 부산물을 만들어내는 기반능력이 되어 지므로 공감각학습은 이 시대에 꼭 필요로 하는 학습이라 할 수 있다. 후천성 공감각능력이 학습 되어질 수 있다는 검증으로 뉴로 피드백, 즉 뇌파통제를 통한 오감능력 상승과 이를 통한 창의력 상승, 지능개발을 활용한 교육프로그램과 학습법은 이시대가 요구하는 융합형인재양성에 있어 반드시 필요로 하는 교육기반으로 인식되며 창의력개발뿐 아니라 공감각 기능을 가지고 있는 영⋅유아 교육을 시작으로 초⋅중⋅고 학습프로그램, 영재개발 교육 등에 활용되어 선진 창의융합 형 인재를 개발하고 육성하는 기반으로 폭넓게 연구되어져야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Creativity development is important in STEAM (fusion) education, which is becoming a hot topic for future talent. The training of talent in the ability to think and solve problems by integrating diverse knowledge is emerging as the most necessary education in the course of a radical 21C social change. In this educational paradigm, creative talents that emphasize creativity in the lesson programs and curriculum of school learning as the most important keyword in this age education, and are looking for ways to integrate boundaries between subjects. The fact that the foundation of “creativity” that is central to this convergent education can be raised from the cooperative sensory ability is already verified by various examples and studies. Conscientiousness learning is a necessary learning in this age because innate synesthesia and the ability of synesthesia by learning are integrated ability to think about various knowledge and create new creative by products. In order to verify the ability of acquired synesthesia ability to be learned neuro-feedback, that is, education program and learning method using intelligence development, It is recognized as an educational foundation and it is used not only in creativity development but also in spiritual and early childhood education which has synesthesia function. It is used for elementary, middle, high learning program and gifted education development, that is, develops and fosters advanced creative and convergent talent. It should be studied extensively.
