We have tried to explain how constant current in all points of a simple circuit, consisted of battery, bulb, and wires, flows in view point of charge movement. When concepts of electric field, potential difference, and electric field lines are applied to the simple circuit, charges at both the boundary plane contacting between a resistor and the wire and on wire surfaces should exist to explain electric current and all related concepts are coherent. Also, we propose a new water flowing model to reflect our approaches.
