국가이미지 인접이론과 동태성에 관한 탐색적 고찰

국문 초록 (Abstract)

기존 연구에서는 국가이미지의 연구흐름과 동향을 파악할 수 있는 연구가 진행되어 국가이미지 연구의 중요한 흐름을 파악할 수 있었다(유재웅·전용주, 2010; 염성원, 2003; 정성훈·이춘수, 2005). 선행연구를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 다음과 같은 연구목적을 수행하였다. 첫째, 국가이미지를 지속적으로 제고하고 관련 연구를 확장하기 위해서 이론적 측면에서, 정교화가능성이론, 범주화이론, 복잡계이론을 중심으로 고찰하였다. 또한 인접이론들을 설명하고 활용할 수 있는 이슈를 소비자들의 정보처리 인식과정을 중심으로 제시하였다. 둘째, 국가이미지의 동태적 변화에 대하여 2차 자료를 통하여 제시하였다.
본 연구의 시사점을 요약하자면, 첫째, 국가이미지를 연구하기 위한 인접이론들을 통하여 정보처리 인지과정이론을 제시하여 향후 관련 연구의 이론적 확장에 기여하고자 하였다. 둘째, 본 연구를 통하여 종단면적 연구를 하기 위한 체계적인 설문항목의 개발과 매년 일관성이 있게 국가이미지측정항목을 중심으로 국가이미지가 어떻게 동태적으로 변화하고 있는지를 설계 조사할 수 있는 단서를 제공할 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The existing studies, conducted in order to understand the history and the current trend of the country image, has helped comprehend how the researches on the country image has developed. The study has been conducted for the following reasons First, This study aim to explain the related theory including Elaboration Likelihood Model and Categorization in order to enhance the country image continuously and extend the relevant studies. we also suggested the applicable issues focusing on the customers’ cognitive process in handling information. Second, we suggest the secondary data about the dynamic change of country image. Summarizing the implication of this study, it can contribute to the extension of the related theory suggesting the cognitive process theory of information handling for researching the country image with KOTRA by Data.
also, it contributes to the systematic article of survey for the longitudinal sectional study and it can make you understand the dynamic change of country image focusing on the article measuring the country image consistently.
