가정의 사회경제적 지위에 따른 청소년의 진로성숙수준 연구 = The Relationship between the Career Maturity Levels to Adolescent and SES(Social Economic Status) Variables

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 한국청소년개발원에서 실시하는 한국청소년패널조사의 1,2차년도 자료를 활용하여 가정의 사회경제적 지위(가구의 소득과 아버지의 학력)에 따라 진로성숙수준의 차이가 있는 지를 조사하는 데 목적을 두었다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째 아버지의 학력에 따른 진로성숙수준에서는 1차 년도에서는 학력수준이 높을수록 진로성숙수준도 높게 나타났으나 2차 년도에는 유의미하지 않았다. 둘째, 가구의 소득수준에 따른 진로성숙수준은 1차년도 보다도 2차 년도자료에서 통계적으로 유의미한 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 1차년도 자료에서 아버지의 학력에 따라 대학원 졸업과 대졸이하(대졸, 고졸, 중졸이하)의 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 있었으나 대졸이하 집단간에는 유의미한 차이가 없었으며, 2차년도 자료에서 가구소득수준에 따른 진로성숙수준 평균 차이는 상위소득집단과 중위소득집단간에 차이가 유의미하게 나타났다. 이는 중학교 2학년에서 중학교 3학년으로 성장하면서 자녀의 진로성숙수준에 미치는 아버지 학력에 대한 영향은 줄고 가구소득수준의 영향은 증가하는 것으로 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 중학생도 학년별로 진로성숙수준에 영향을 주는 가정 내 사회경제적 지위 변수가 달라진다는 것을 알 수 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the career maturity level of adolescent. The research questions for the study were as follows:
First, are there any significant differences in career maturity level according to father's scholarship. Second, are there any significant differences in career maturity level according to family income. Third, are there any significant differences in middle school between 2 grade and 3 grade according to father's scholarship or family income.
The major findings of this study were as follows: First, there were significant difference on middle school 2 grade according to education background level of the father. Second, there were significant difference on middle school 3 grade according to family income. It summarized the research result which it suggested to middle school 2 grade influenced to the father's scholarship and career maturity level of degree of the substitution which decreases, the family income instrument influence increased in middle school 3 grade it came to reveal with the thing.
The results of this study suggests some programs which in a necessity will extend the self-support institution in order to better fit poor adolescent career education, and so social support, career counseling programs.
