빅데이터 활용과 인권보호 = Using of Big Data and the Protection of Individual Right

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The development of science and technology made mankind dream of the world of Artificial Intelligence. The forth industrial revolution which is represented by big data, IoT, artificial intelligence, 3D printing is proceeding like big tsunami. Big data is the key to the forth industrial revolution. The use of smart application and social network service produce large amount of data. The evolution of technology dealing and storing the big data and the declining of cost made big data become the center of change. The large amount of benefit might be made by data analysis. The problem solving and future prediction became possible by data analysis and data became the scale for economic asset and productivity. Until now it was the sphere of logistics and persuasion that big data have impact on life. Big data have strong point in supply network, political campaign and advertisement which is repetitive and accountable. Big data will be the part of our lives in the future. It will change the methods of our speech. This study shows the impact of big data and the methods to protect human rights in the era of information. This study dealt the right of privacy, publicity, self decision and the right to be forgot. I hope this study will invoke the following study to analyse the relation between big data and the right of individual information.
