The purpose of this study is to find ways for the effective composition and implementation of workplace learning process(abbreviated to WLP) focused on the role of the leader. The study has been carried on by participant observation and interview in the process of project which has focused on composition and implementation of WLP. The key interviewees are two leaders who have different attitude in terms of cooperation. The results are as follows. The effective power of execution which is based on the situational awareness is the most important property of leaders. It can make them to facilitate interaction with members by participating and cooperating. For such a reason, training needs assessment, which is respect of participation, coordination and relationship of leaders, should be conducted for organizing the meaningful WLP from the first. This study can be used as approaching model for various workplace and can be helpful composing and implementing WLP in effectively.
