Objective: The purpose of this study was identify the effect of group intervention program on COPM-performance, COPM-satisfaction, Self-efficacy, Depression and Quality of Life in patient with work-related injury Method: We have implemented this group therapy with two patients who agreed to participate in this program for thirty minutes, three times a week for four weeks from October to November, 2016. We have initially evaluated them using Canada Occupational Performance Measure(COPM) for COPM-performance and COPM-satisfaction, Korean Becks Depression Inventory(KBDI) for depression, General self-efficacy scale and Quality of Life SF-36 before the intervention. We conducted re-evaluation after four week intervention program. Results: COPM-performance and COPM-satisfaction, Depression, self-efficacy was significant differences. Conclusion: Group Occupational therapy program improve ADL performance, satisfaction, self-efficacy and decrease depression in patient with work-related injury.
