This research aims to contribute to human resource management and development by studying the effects of internal marketing on job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty. Based on existing research on the relationship between internal marketing, job stress, job satisfaction, and organizational loyalty, this work focused on the effects of internal marketing. The results show that hotels internal marketing has significant effects on job stress in part, job stress has partly significant effects on job satisfaction, and job stress and job satisfaction have partly significant effects on organizational loyalty, respectively. The implications of this study are as follows. First, increasing internal marketing factors such as rewards, empowerment, and training are effective to reduce job stress. Secondly, as job stress has a significant effect on job satisfaction, it can be seen that eliminating job culture stress is effective in deriving job satisfaction for hotel employees. Thirdly, in order to improve the organizational loyalty of hotel employees, it is effective to increase job satisfaction by creating a healthy culture in the workplace that reduces job cultural stress and human networking stress.
