인문,사회과학편 : 공공 스포츠조직의 변혁적·거래적 리더십과 구성원의 직무몰입 및 조직시민행동 간의 인과모형 연구 = The Study of Casual Relationship among Transactional·Transformational Leadership, Job commitment and Organizatioal Citizenship Behavior of Workers in Public Sports Organizations

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of the study was to examine the casual relationship among trasactionalㆍtransformational leadership, job commitment and organization citizenship behavior of public sports organization workers. In order to achive this purpose three esearch questions were established. Participants for this study were 350 public workers. Of participations valid data were 247. They completed a modified inventory of leadership, job commitment, and organization citizenship behavior. Results were analysed in quantitative approaches. Data were collected through self-administered survey. The most three meaningful results of the study were as follows; First, The relationship between trasactionalㆍtransformational leadership and job commitment of public sports workers was varified by statistic methods. Second, The relationship between trasactionalㆍtransformational leadership and organization citizenship behavior of public sports workers was varified by statistic methods. Third, The relationship between job commitment and organization citizenship behavior of public sports workers was varified by statistic methods.
