공적연금제도와 세대 간 갈등 = Public Pension Scheme and Intergenerational Conflict

After investigating problems of National Pension Scheme and Government Employees Pension Scheme, I suggested how to reduce intergenerational conflicts by reforming National Pension Scheme. For that, contribution rate needs to be increased for compliance of the equivalence principle between generations, and negative effects of an aging process on pension fund should be decreased by introducing automatic benefit adjustment. Further, I suggested that credit system be enlarged and minimum guarantee pension be introduced. It is also suggested that intergenerational conflicts be lessoned by accumulating pension fund against the risks of the coming aged society through early input of national finance.
