AHP를 이용한 기업의 자원배분 우선순위 분석 = A Priority Analysis on Corporate Resource Allocation through Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 제품에 기초한 포트폴리오 모델 중에서 적응화 모델에 속한 분석적 계층과정(Analytic Hierarchy Process : AHP) 접근방법을 이용하여 우리나라 K 전자회사를 연구대상 기업으로 하여 자원배분의 우선순위에 관한 분석을 시행하였다. 본 연구에서는 최적자원배분이라는 목표를 달성하기 위해 검토해야 할 3단계의 계층, 즉 ①3가지 환경시나리오(낙관적, 현재상황의 지속, 비관적)와 ②자원배분의사결정에서 중요시 되는 6가지 기준(수익성, 성장성, 위험, 경쟁우위, 기술요인, 제품수명주기) 및 ③자원배분의 대상인 6개 전략사업부(SBU)에 대하여 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에서 AHP 분석을 한 결과, 다음과 같은 AHP 접근방법의 장점이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 첫째, AHP 접근방법은 복잡한 의사결정상의 문제를 해결하려고 하는 경우 그 구조를 명확히 하고 분석하며, 또한 그러한 분석에 기초하여 자원을 적절하게 배분하는 데 크게 기여한다고 본다. 둘째, AHP 접근방법은 의사결정 문제의 구조와 판단에 있어서 반복을 허용하는 신축적인 과정임을 알 수 있었다.

Portfolio analysis is the useful approach used in the decision of strategy direction and resource allocation to SBUs. It should be acknowledged that the various portfolio models tend to emphasize different portfolio objectives and offer different resource allocation guidelines. In this research AHP analysis was used for the priority analysis on corporate resource allocation. The objectives of this research are to investigate the following substances. (1) The AHP approach for the priority analysis on corporate resource allocation. (2) AHP analysis can present the reasonable guidelines for the priority analysis on corporate resource allocation. (3) The understanding of the usefulness and limitation of AHP analysis through an empirical study. The AHP analysis for evaluating and selecting an optimal portfolio was illustrated for the 6 SBUs of K Electronic Company in Republic of Korea. The results of this research present that the optimal corporate resource allocation was determined through AHP analysis.
