The purposes of this study are to identify the effects of mediating role of trust types on the relationships of the compensation justice and organizational commitment. For the study I have divided trust into three categories, trust in organization, trust in supervisor, trust in co-worker. For this study, I first performed the literate research and based on the research I performed the practical research. The copy of questionaries were distributed to fifteen companies and 412 copies were returned. Among these, data from 392 copies of questionaries were used for analysis. The results of the study are follows: First, There is significant effect of trust in organization, trust in supervisor and trust in co-worker as a mediator in the relationship between justice and affective commitment. Second, There is no significant effect of trusts as a mediator in continuous commitment. The result of this study imply that distributive justice and procedural justice were found to have significant impact on multiple forms of commitment. On the other hand, trust in organization, trust in supervisor and trust in co-worker were found to mediate the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. In depth discussion and future direction of a study were suggested though the discussion section.
