전문대학에서의 NCS 직업기초능력 증진을 위한 교육프로그램 개발: S 보건대학교 사례를 중심으로 = PBL Program Development and Application for improving NCS Vocational basic abilities: Focusing on the case of S health university

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This NCS vocational basic ability program was designed to offer a way which could combine general education with NCS vocational basic ability and to develop an education program to improve community college students’ vocational basic abilities.
This study was conducted to design a project-based learning(hereafter PBL) program to enhance NCS vocational basic ability and after applying the program to the students of S health university located in Seoul, the effectiveness was analyzed in 3 different sections.
In this PBL program, 6 departments and 104 students were involved and the before and after evaluation for NCS vocational basic ability was executed. The analyzed result showed that on average, 33% of the abilities was improved in 3 different sections which are communication skill, interpersonal skill, and problem solving skill.
For improving the quality of vocational education in community colleges, first of all, a reorganization direction and strategies for general education curriculum of community college based on NCS vocational basic ability should be set up and various and creative programs in informal curriculum are needed to enhance students’ vocational basic abilities.
