중고생의 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인|RISS 상세보기

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중고생의 주관적 행복감에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이들의 인구사회학적 특성, 사회자본 요인을 통해 탐색하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구는 한국청소년정책연구원의 2013년 아동·청소년인권실태조사의 중고생 6,692명분의 자료를 추출, 분석에 활용하였다. 분석에 있어서는 첫째, 중고생의 주관적 행복감 인구사회학적 요인, 사회자본 요인 관련 변수에 대한 빈도, 백분율, 평균, 표준편차 등의 기술통계치를 측정하였으며, 둘째, 각 독립변인에 따른 주관적 행복감을 t-검증/F-검증을 통해 분석하였으며, 마지막으로 각 독립변수들이 중고생의 주관적 행복감에 미치는 영향을 다중회귀분석을 통해 분석하였다. 분석 결과를 통합 회귀분석에 기초해 정리하면, 인구사회학적 요인 중에는 남성인 경우에, 저학년 학생이, 가계의 경제적 수준이 높은 경우에, 성적이 우수한 경우에 주관적 행복감이 더 높게 나타났으며, 사회자본 요인 중에서는 가정 내 신뢰와 학교신뢰가 높은 경우, 의논상대가 있는 경우에, 동아리 활동 경험이 있을수록, 그리고 청소년의 참여 권리에 대한 보장을 인식하고 있을수록, 인권감수성과 태도의 수준이 높은 경우에 주관적 행복감이 더 높게 나타났다. 본 연구는 이러한 결과를 기초로 중고생의 사회자본이 주관적 행복감에 중요한 영향을 확인하며, 사회자본의 확충을 통한 이들의 주관적 행복감 증진을 위한 실천적 제언 및 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the determinants of subjective well-being among Korean youth. Specially, it tried to find out how socio-demographic and social capital factors influence on their level of subjective well-being. This study used the Korean Survey on the Rights of Youth and Children in 2013 data collected by the National Youth Policy Institute. It conducted a secondary data analysis of 6,692 cases. It conducted frequency analysis, t-test, F-test, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis. As results, gender, grade, economic status, academic record were key socio-demographic predictors to determine the level of subjective well-being among Korean youth and family trust, school trust, consultant, participation of extracurricular activities, security of participation and sensitivity of human rights were key social capital predictors. Findings may be used for understanding the key factors of subjective well-being and developing new promising approach to enhance the subjective well-being among Korean youth.
