이중멤버십 사회적기업가의 지원체계에 대한 경험 연구 = 자원의존이론의 관점으로

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to examine social entrepreneur’s experiences regarding support system of dual membership: a self-sufficient enterprise and a social enterprises certified enterprise. For this, this study selected eight dual membership social enterprises in Chungbuk province and analyzed their support experiences based on the view of resource dependence theory. The study utilized a qualitative research method to derive the following research results. First, dual membership social enterprises experienced ‘semblance of priority purchase’, ‘declined job quality due to dependence on the consignment business’, ‘a cliff of the biding failing’, and ‘the survival chance of new market’ regarding local government support. In addition, they experienced ‘short-term effects of labor costs support’, ‘improper consulting and educational support’, and ‘low discretion of project cost’ regarding support of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. In terms of support of the Ministry of Health and Welfare, they experienced ‘path dependence of five industry types for a self-sufficient enterprise’, and ‘leadership of the re-organization by self-sufficient system’. Second, they experienced the resource control from the support system such as resource control caused by the passive attitude of the local government, and experienced regarding the evaluation power of the Ministry of Employment and Labor such as inconsistent evaluation criteria between social enterprise and self-sufficient enterprise support system. Additionally, they experienced role identity confusion such as an auditor regarding social economy support centers. They also experienced from a local self-sufficient center, to distinguish dual membership social enterprise and ‘resource control by excessive task and merit bureaucracy of local self-sufficient center. The results from this study revealed experiences of support system for double membership social enterprise and interests of support systems. Finally this study suggested policy recommendations to build a more effective support system.
