교사가 지각한 교육과정 컨설팅과 학교변화 및 학교조직 효과성의 관계 = The causal relationship among curriculum consulting, school change, and school organizational effectiveness teachers perceive in high schools

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The Purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationship among curriculum consulting, school change and school organizational effectiveness teachers perceive in high schools. First, to confirm the goodness of fit of the research model used in th is study and to investigate the causal relationship among three variables, structural equation modeling analysis was used. Second, to investigate the correlation among curriculum consulting, school change and school organizational effectiveness, Pearson`s correlation analysis was used. All data were processed by SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The findings of this study were as follows: First, the goodness of fit of the research model used in this study was confirmed to be very good. (It was confirmed that the goodness of fit of the research model used in this study was very good.) Second, there was significant correlation among curriculum consulting, school change and school organizational effectiveness. Third, curriculum consulting has a greater influence on school organizational effectiveness than school change. Fourth, curriculum consulting directly affected school organizational effectiveness and had an indirect influence on school organizational effectiveness via school change as well.
