개인정보 보호법제의 체계간 정합성 제고방안 = Making the Laws about Personal Data Protection Coherent

Although Korea has very strict normative or legal regulation system to guarantee the personal information control right, reality of law isn``t much better than that. Especially, Personal Data Protection Act has been made in order to rase up the data protection level in the perspective of whole society. The situations however rock along as ever. On the analysis of legislative technique, the scattered current regulation systems of data protection are contributing to ineffective actions of related government ministries. In this, this article suggests the integration of legislative(and administrative) systems and the introduction of risk-management perspective as policy alternatives.
