유아기 발달 특성에 따른 인성교육덕목에 관한 연구 = A Study on Character Education Virtues of the Early Childhood Developmental Characteristics

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 생애주기에 있어서 인성에 대한 중요성을 인식하고 인성교육은 유아기에 이루어지는 것이 매우 효과적이며, 유아기 발달 특성에 따른 인성교육의 덕목을 제시하고자 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 발달 특성의 각 항목과 인성과의 관계를 논하고자 한다. 유아기는 발달 특성과 접목된 인성교육이 필요하다. 그 이유는 유아기에 나타나는 발달 특성의 각 항목이 인성교육과 밀접한 관계가 있으며, 발달 특성에 따라 인성교육을 실행하는 것이 효과적이기 때문이다. 일반적으로 유아기 발달이론은, 프로이트의 정신분석학 이론, 피아제의 인지발달이론, 에릭슨의 사회심리적 발달이론 등이 있다. 이러한 학문체계에서 유아기 발달 특성을 분석해보면, 첫째, 신체 및 운동 발달이다. 둘째, 놀이 활동이다. 셋째, 인지능력의 발달이다. 넷째, 정서 발달이다. 다섯째, 성격 및 사회성 발달이다. 인성교육의 덕목으로는 배려, 존중, 협력, 나눔, 질서, 효 등을 제시할 수 있다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해 인성교육은 유아기에 실시하는 것이 중요하며 그 덕목은 유아기 발달 특성에 따라 이루어져야 한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to recognize the importance of personality and character education in the life cycle is made very effective in its infancy, and to present the virtues of character education in accordance with the childhood developmental characteristics. Therefore, the present study is to discuss the relationship between humanity and the developmen-tal characteristics of each item. Early childhood education is necessary toughness characteristics of grafted and de-velopment. The reason is that each item is a close relationship between education and human development characteristics that appear in early childhood, because it is effective to execute the character education in accordance with the developmental characteristics. In general, early childhood development theories, Freud's psychoanalytic theory, Piag-et's cognitive development theory, social psychological theory developed in Ericsson. Haebomyeon analyze early childhood developmental characteristics in this study system, first, the physical and motor development. Second, the play activities. Third, the devel-opment of cognitive skills. Fourth, the emotional development. Fifth, personality, and social development. There virtues of character education can be presented as a caring, respect, cooperation, sharing, order, filial piety and so on. In conclusion, character education is important to conduct research in early childhood through the present, and its virtues should be in accordance with the early childhood developmental characteristics.
