사회적 자본과 주민행복간 관계에 관한 연구 - 공동체의식의 조절효과를 중심으로 - = The Empirical Study on Factors Influencing Relations Between Social Capital and Happiness-Focusing On Moderating Effect of Community Sense

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is to analyze the factors influencing relations between social capital and happiness-focusing on moderating effect of community sense. In order to analyze them, theoretical rationales on social capital and happiness are reviewed and the relations are examined using the data collected in North Jeolla Province. As a result, findings are as follows. Firstly, social participation gives a positive effect on happiness, for example participation in association, volunteering, donation. And secondly, partner with financial help or talking increases happiness.
Thirdly, community sense has a positive influence on happiness but trust do not. Fourthly, community sense also has a moderating effect on the relationship between participation factors and happiness. Therefore, the policies are necessity to increase community sense and participation of associate, volunteering, giving. Also, the policies to boost trust have to be designed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회적 자본이 주민행복에 미치는 영향을 살펴보고, 이를 토대로 사회적 자본과 주민행복의 관계에서 공동체 의식의 조절효과를 분석하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 이론적 측면에서 사회적 자본과 행복의 개념 및 관계를 살펴보았으며, 전라북도를 중심으로 두 변수의 관계를 실증분석하였다. 분석결과, 전라북도의 사회적 자본 중 행복에 영향을 미치는 요인에는 첫째, 사회참여 분야에서 단체활동참여, 자원봉사 참여, 기부 참여와 둘째, 호혜성 분야에서 재정적인 도움을 받을 수 있는 이웃과 이야기상대로 도움받을 수 있는 이웃의 존재, 셋째, 공동체 의식 분야에서 도민으로서의 자부심이 있었다. 그리고 신뢰는 도민들의 행복에 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 이에 따라, 지역사회는 지역주민들의 행복을 증대하기 위해 사회적 자본인 공동체 의식을 제고하고, 자원봉사, 단체활동, 기부 등의 사회참여 활동을 활성화하며, 이웃과의 호혜성 및 신뢰를 제고하는 방안을 모색하는 것이 필요하다.
