팀 프로젝트 학습에서 지식공유 행동에 대한 자기효능감, 신뢰, 지식공유 의도의 예측력

국문 초록 (Abstract)

21세기 지식기반사회에서는 협력적 지식창출의 중요성이 강조되고 있으며, 이는 타인과의 지식공유 과정을 통해 사회가 요구하는 새로운 지식창출 속도와 양이 개인의 지식창출과 비교하여 월등할 수 있기 때문이다. 이에 본 연구는 선행연구를 토대로 지식공유 행동을 예측하는 핵심변인으로 자기효능감, 신뢰, 지식공유 의도를 선정하고 팀 프로젝트 학습에서 그 예측력을 분석하였다. 자료 수집은 서울 소재 대학교에서 팀 프로젝트 학습으로 진행된 전공과목 수강생 45명을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 진행하였으며, 수집된 자료는 다중회귀분석과 매개효과 분석을 통해 예측력이 규명되었다. 연구결과 지식공유 행동을 유의하게 예측하는 변인은 지식공유 의도였다. 또한 신뢰는 다중회귀모형에서 지식공유 행동을 직접적으로 예측하지는 않았으나, 지식공유 의도를 매개로 하여 지식공유 행동에 대해 간접적인 예측력을 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 반면 자기효능감의 지식공유 행동에 대한 예측력은 통계적으로 유의하지 않았으며, 자기효능감과 지식공유 행동 사이에서 지식공유 의도의 매개효과도 나타나지 않았다. 즉 팀 프로젝트 학습에서 지식공유 행동은 자기효능감보다는 신뢰와 지식공유 의도가 보다 유효하였으며, 따라서 팀 프로젝트 학습에서 지식공유 행동을 촉진하기 위해서는 이들 변인을 향상시키기 위한 전략이 필요함을 제안하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In a knowledge-based society, learners can create new knowledge by sharing knowledge with others through communication. This study supposed self-efficacy, trust, and knowledge sharing intention as the variables that predict knowledge sharing behavior in team project learning based on the literature. Data were collected from 45 students who engaged in team project learning at a university in Korea, and analyzed through multiple regression and mediation. Results showed that knowledge sharing intention significantly predicted knowledge sharing behavior, and knowledge sharing intention mediated trust and knowledge sharing behavior, while the predictive power of self-efficacy to promote knowledge sharing behavior was not statistically significant. Based on these results, to promote knowledge sharing behavior in team project learning, strategies to improve trust and knowledge sharing intention in instructional design were proposed.
