한국의 사회적 자본과 시민참여 = social capital

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The social capital refers to features of social organization such as network, norms, and trust that facilitate coordination and cooperation for mutual benefit. So the social capital referring to connections within and between social networks. Using social capital approach, this study explores the relationship and influence between the social capital and civil participation with the quantitative research method. In this analysis, it classifies at two categories; civil participationⅠand Ⅱ type. Analysis showed that it contained various results of the social capital and civil participation in Korea.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

시민참여 활성화는 오늘날 민주주의의 내용적 고양과 성취를 위해 중요한 과제가 되었다. 이를 위한 방편으로 모색된 이론이 사회적 자본이다. 본 연구는 한국에서 신뢰와 호혜성으로 구성된 사회적 자본이 시민참여에 어떤 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴보고자 한다. 사회적 자본이 학자들에게 부각된 이유는 상호신뢰와 협력의 기제를 형성하는 선순환 효과로 자발적인 시민참여를 고양시키기 때문이다. 연구에서는 사회적 자본의 선순환 기제 가능성에 천착하여 사회적 자본 변인이 시민참여에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 분석할 것이다. 연구의 방법론은 시민의식을 바탕으로 한 시민참여 설문조사 자료를 활용해 계량적인 연구방법론을 적용했다.
