간호대학생의 임상수행능력 구조모형 = The Structural Model of Clinical Performance Ability for Nursing Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In this study the fitness of a path model for the relationship among critical thinking disposition, communication, social support, self-efficacy, self-directed learning ability, and clinical performance ability in nursing students. The subjects were 483 nursing students selected from 4 universities in South Korea. The data were analyzed with maximum likelihood estimation and goodness for fit test of the hypothetical path model and the modified path model of nursing students’ clinical performance ability by IBM SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 20.0 programs. Critical thinking disposition, communication, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability showed a direct effect on clinical performance ability for nursing students, while social support showed an indirect effect on clinical performance ability for nursing students. The modified path model of nursing students' clinical performance ability was showed a good fit with the model. Theses results suggest that nursing students' clinical performance ability can be increased by increasing critical thinking disposition, communication, social support, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability. Thus there is a need to design nursing education programs that emphasizes reinforcing critical thinking disposition, communication, social support, self-efficacy, and self-directed learning ability for nursing students.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 변인들을 파악하고, 그 인과관계를 파악하여 간호학생의 임상수행능력을 증진시킬 수 있는 간호교육의 방향을 제시하는데 기초자료로 제공하고자 시도되었다. 2개 지역 4개의 4년제 간호학과에 재학 중인 482명을 대상으로 자료를 수집하였고 수집된 자료는 SPSS Win 19.0과 AMOS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 분석하였다. 연구결과 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 자기효능감 및 자기주도적 학습능력은 임상수행능력에 직접효과가 있었으며, 사회적 지지는 임상수행능력에 간접효과가 있었다. 또한 간호대학생 임상수행능력 모형의 검정결과, 자기효능감, 비판적 사고성향, 자기주도성 학습능력, 의사소통능력, 사회적 지지 순으로 임상수행능력에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 이들 변수들이 임상수행능력을 79.1% 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 모형의 적합도는 대체로 부합되는 것으로 나타나 간호대학생의 임상수행능력의 인과관계를 설명하는 모형을 제시하였다. 따라서 간호대학생의 임상수행능력을 향상시키기 위해서는 간호대학생의 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력, 사회적 지지, 자기효능감 및 자기주도적 학습능력을 증진시켜야 한다. 즉, 간호대학생의 임상수행능력 강화를 위해서 자기효능감, 자기주도적 학습능력 증진뿐만 아니라 이들의 원인 변수인 비판적 사고성향, 의사소통능력 및 사회적 지지를 높여주어 예비간호사로서의 역량을 강화하는 간호 교육 프로그램이 운영되어야 할 것으로 본다.
