커뮤니티 통합과 주민지각과의 관계 : 삶의 질과 태도에 미치는 영향 = Community Integration and Residents Perception: Influence on Residents` Quality of Life and Attitude in Rural Tourism Development

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 농촌관광을 추진하고 있는 6개의 농촌마을을 대상으로 2개의 집단으로 구분하여 커뮤니티 통합과 주민지각(삶의 질 만족, 추가사업 태도)과의 영향관계를 탐구하고 있으며, 집단 간의 차이를 규명하고 있다. 본 연구의 데이터 수집은 6개 마을을 직접 방문하여 일대일 심층면접 설문조사를 실시하여 총 128부를 수집하여 분석에 활용하였다. 분석결과, 커뮤니티 통합을 구성하고 있는 3개의 요인 중에서 삶의 질 만족에는 장소애착성 요인만이 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었으며, 추가사업 태도에는 권한강화와 장소애착성 요인이 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 또한 집단 간 영향관계의 비교에서는 비록 설명력은 높지 않지만, 강원도 지역에 비해 경기도 지역이 더 높은 설명력을 보여주고 있다. 본 연구의 결과를 통해서 알 수 있었던 것은 농촌관광개발은 지역적 동질성을 바탕으로 지역에 대한 애착과 문화를 공유하고 있는 삶의 터전이기 때문에 농촌관광 개발과정에서 지역적 특성을 충분히 고려해야 하며 지역사회에 필요한 구성요소를 지원하는 맞춤형 농촌관광개발을 추진해야 관광개발로 인한 사회적 영향을 최소화 하면서 지역사회의 통합을 이룰 수 있다는 것이다. 본 연구는 커뮤니티 통합과 주민지각과의 영향관계를 집단 간 비교를 통해서 지역별로 차이가 있다는 것을 확인했다는 데에 의의가 있으며, 향후 커뮤니티 농촌관광개발과 관련하여 유용하게 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study separated into two groups in rural tourism communities in South Korea, where this study explored the influence of the relationship between community integration and residents perception, and also explored the differences of influence among the two groups about rural tourism development. this study conducted to regression on the basis of residents questionnaires, analyzed relationships of influence among the latent factors, and differences between the two groups. As a results, some factor of community integration was identified influence on satisfied with quality of life and attitude toward additional development. In addition, comparison of the relationship affect between two groups, although both two groups explanatory power does not high, but also Gyonggi Province shows higher explanatory power than Gangwon Province. To achieve community integration through the results of this study, rural tourism development should consider the regional characteristics, should promote the custom development that support to community require components. The major contribution of this study is confirming that the community integration impact on the residents perception is a difference by region through the comparison between two groups, and it will be able to provide very useful implications for the community rural tourism development in the future.
