정신간호학 실습시 간호대학생이 적용한치료적 의사소통 기술의 학습전이 분석 = Learning Transfer of Therapeutic Communication Skills in Clinical Nursing Practicum

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

Purpose: To examine the pattern and frequency of therapeutic communication skills of nursing studentstheir own report as basic component of analysis of learning transfer about communication skills.
Methods: In 2006, a total of 50 forth-year nurse students in clinical practice of psychiatric nursingcompleted self-description of their communication skills after communication with 100 patients. They writeabout contents of communication including patients just as they did. Completed forms were coded verbaland nonverbal therapeutic communication skills by two members of the research team trained in contentanalysis.
Results: Overall, students used verbal communication 2.6 times more frequently than nonverbalcommunication skills. Most frequently observed verbal communication skills were: reflection (22.2%), openquestion (18.3%), facilitation technique using restatement (13.5%), giving information, suggestion, focusing,encouragement, sharing perception, clarification, introducing oneself and role, humor. The most frequentlyidentified nonverbal communication skills ; presence (22.2%), attentively listening (18.3%), silence (13.5%), eyecontact, observation, nodding as expression of empathic understanding.
Conclusion: We identified that patterns and frequencies of knowledge transfer of communication wasverbal and nonverbal communication.
