합리적인 진로의사결정유형 증진을 위한 가치명료화 프로그램의 개발과 적용효과 = Effects of Values Clarification Program for the Improvement Rational Career Decision Making Styles through Development of the Program and Its Application

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purposes of this study are to develop the Values Clarification Program(VCP) and to investigate effects of the Program on Career Decision Making Styles. For this research, one experimental group and one control group, composed of 24 male and female high school students respectively, were organized and then divided into groups of 12 by Matched-Group Design. After both groups turned out to be all homogeneous by a planned comparison analysis, VCP was applied to the experimental group while no treatment was applied to the control group. It has developed through 2 validity assessments by the researcher of this study. The study results obtained through this process were summarized as follows : The result of quantitative analysis for the effects of VCP on students' career decision making styles shows significant differences in rational decision making styles and dependent decision making styles, while it shows no meaning differences in their intuitive decision making styles. In conclusion, VCP of this study has few effect on improving students' intuitive decision making styles. However, it has significant effects on improving rational decision making styles of high school students and at the same time, diminishing their dependent decision making styles.
