교육개혁안에 따른 초등학교 진로 교육 실천 방향 = A Plan to Establish Career Education at the Elementary School in the Educational Reform

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

One of the education reform propositions is the establishment of a new system of vocational education. The purpose of this study is to provide a plan of the career education at the elementary school as a device to support this.
A new model of career education is necessary for it to become the basis of all education and to render more help to the customers of education. A new model must be formed in order to help children to grow as the whole humans. New model is named The Human Centered Career Education Model.
New model presents a 3 dimensional diagram. One domain covers life, including 4 factors such as family, school, community and workplace. Another domain covers learning, including 5 factors such as self-concept, human relationship, human nature, creativity, lifelong education. The last domain covers curriculum, including 11 factors such as the Korean language, mathematics, or extra activity, etc.
In addition, several propositions have been prepared to ensure career education system at elementary school; cultivating career education teacher, giving teaching and practice to classroom teacher in order to train career education, and investment for the strengthening of informational education.
