빅데이터 환경에서의 정보보호 담론에 대한 비판

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper aims at pointing out an error of the domestic discussion about protection of data on the big data circumstances, and verifying the quality about ‘soil of big data’ which stained with fallacy and suspicion.
The first part of this article is allotted to analyzing theory of the re-organization of the concepts of personal data, that is so called ‘amendment debate’. I sum up an erstwhile points of them and criticize those serious error in a firm tone.
In the middle part of this article, I analyze ‘de-identification’ which is most big issue on this theme, focusing on the conflict government’s guideline and provisions of current law, and reveal inferior level about policy of re-identification by comparison with foreign case.
In the last part of this article, I review ‘profiling’, that is the procedure of data commercialization. This is for boost a lively argument about ‘profiling’, because the domestic discussion have not yet commented on this issue, while this is time for policy making about big data.
