사회적 배제가 노인 우울에 미치는 영향 = 취업활동의 매개효과를 중심으로

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 주된 목적은 노인의 사회적 배제와 우울 간의 관계에서 취업활동의 매개효과를 검증하는 데 있다. 실증적 분석을 위해 대전광역시에 거주하고 있으며 노인복지관, 경로당, 재가노인복지, 보건소 등을 이용하는 만 65세 이상 노인 250명을 대상으로 설문 조사를 하였고, 그 중 246명의 설문조사 결과를 최종적으로 활용하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 분석방법은 SPSS 21 통계 패키지 프로그램을 가지고 빈도분석, 기술통계, 다중회귀분석 등이 사용되었다. 분석결과, 노인의 사회적 배제는 노인 우울에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 회귀분석결과 취업활동은 사회적배제와 노인우울 간의 관계에서 부분매개역할을 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 결과를 토대로 노인의 사회적 배제와 노인우울을 감소시키기 위한 함의와 방안을 논의하였다.

The purpose of this study was to verify the mediating effect of the working on the relationship between social exclusion and elderly depression. For an empirical study, the aged people are a random sample of 250 persons in 65 years old over living in Daejeon Metropolitan City, used senior welfare center, senior center, elderly in-home care facilities, health center, etc. Survey of 250 people was decided to use only the 246 data. Analytical method used in this study takes frequency analysis, technical statistics, multi-regression analysis, and have SPSS 21 statistical package program. Consequently, social exclusion of the elderly are having a significant effect on depression. The working are the partial mediation effect between social exclusion and the elderly depression. Based on the results of this study, it suggested some practical implications and measures to reduce social exclusion and elderly depression.
