      The main stream of leadership study was to find out the relationship between subordinate’s behavior and attitude on job performance, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment as employees’ performance caused by leader behavior. Recently, leader’s negative behavior such as abusive supervision on employees that has negative effects is in progress for the enhancement of organizational effectiveness. This paper is a study of how the leader behavior influence the organizational justice that has impacts on organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this research shows as follows: Abusive supervision impacts negative influence on employees’ organizational justice. But, Abusive supervision does not affect organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior. Therefore, the research designated organizational justices as mediating variables and sought to study the mediating effects of organizational justices on the relationships between abusive supervision and organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior. The results of this study may have some implications for the practical applying strategy on leaders.
