유아 예비교사들의 수업 자기효능감에 따른 포트폴리오 활용 = Pre-service kindergarten teachers' portfolios activities on self-efficacy ratings

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아 예비교사들의 수업교수 자기효능감 수준에 따라 포트폴리오 활용에 차이가 있는가를 알아보는 것으로 「관찰 및 참여」 교과목을 수강한 유아 예비교사 50명을 대상으로 수업교수 자기효능감 검사 후 자기효능감이 높은 예비교사 10명과 낮은 예비교사 10명을 선정하여 포트폴리오 구성 내용을 비교해 보았다. 연구 결과, 수업교수 자기효능감이 높은 예비교사들은 수업교수 자기효능감이 낮은 교사에 비해 저널쓰기 내용 빈도수, 개념도의 개념수, 밀도에서 더 높게 나타났으며 유아 예비교사들은 포트폴리오 활용에 대하여 긍정적으로 인식하고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there was a difference in the portfolios activities between two groups of pre-service kindergarten teachers. One group consisted of 10 teachers who rated themselves high in self-efficacy in class teaching and the other consisted of 10 teachers with low self-efficacy ratings. An instrument of self-efficacy beliefs was administered to 50 pre-service kindergarten teachers who were enrolled in the course Observation and Participation, and the group of 10 highest and the 10 lowest self-raters were selected for this study.
The results suggest that group of teachers with high self-efficacy ratings had significantly more content frequency in journals, and concept mapping of the concept count, density compared to the group of teachers with low self-efficacy ratings.
And we found that pre-service kindergarten teachers have positively their attitudes towards portfolio.
