유치원 자율장학에 대한 유아교사들의 인식 및 요구 = A Study of the early childhood teacher's needs on the kindergarten-based supervision

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 현재 유치원에서 이루어지고 잇는 자율장학의 현황을 구체적으로 살펴보고 교사들의 자율장학의 개선방안에 대하여 요구하고 있는 것이 구체적으로 무엇인지를 알아보는 데 그 목적을 두었다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 전국의 76명의 교사를 대상으로 설문지 조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과 유치원 교사들은 교수활동의 개선과 새로운 정보 및 지식을 습득하기 위하여 자율장학에 적극적으로 참여하고 있으며 시범수업을 통한 장학의 형태를 선호하는 것으로 나타났다. 자율장학의 활성화를 위해서는 교수의 부담을 줄이고 교사들의 요구에 적합한 프로그램이 개발될 필요성이 있음을 지적하였다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 유치원 자율장학 활성화를 위한 시사점이 논의되었다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was conducted in order to find the early childhood teacher's needs on the kindergarten-based supervision. The goal of the study includes analysis of the needs and opinions of the early childhood teachers on the goals, methods, effects, problems, functions of kindergarten-supervision. In order to answer the research questions the researchers developed survey questions and 76kindergarten were participated in this study. As a result, this study found that early childhood teachers preferred kindergarten-based supervision to other types of supervision and they were eager to participated in the process. They also expected to gain new information and knowledge through the supervisory process and improve their own teaching capabilities. Several suggestions regarding kindergarten-based supervision were made on the basis of the results.
