상담자의 직무자율성과 전문성 개발 기회가 직무열의에 미치는 영향: 소명의식과 자기효능감의 매개효과 = The effect of counselor’s job autonomy and opportunity for professional development on job engagement: The mediating roles of calling and self-efficacy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of counselor’s job autonomy and opportunity for professional development on job engagement, focusing on the mediating roles of calling and self-efficacy. 226 counselors participated in this study. They answered the questionnaire of job autonomy, opportunity for professional development, job engagement, calling and self-efficacy. Structural Equation Modeling were used for the analyses of this study. The results of this study were as follows. First, calling and self-efficacy mediated the relationship between job autonomy and job engagement. Second, calling and self-efficacy mediated the relationship between opportunity for professional development and job engagement. These results might provide strategies for counselor’s resource management to enhance job engagement.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 상담자의 직무자원인 직무자율성과 전문성 개발 기회가 직무열의에 영향을 미치는데 있어서 개인자원인 소명의식과 자기효능감이 매개역할을 하는지 검증하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 전국의 상담자 226명을 대상으로 직무자율성, 전문성 개발 기회, 소명의식, 자기효능감, 직무열의 척도에 응답하도록 하였다. 직무자율성, 전문성 개발 기회와 직무열의 간의 관계에서 소명의식과 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하기 위해 구조방정식 모델을 검증하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 직무자율성과 직무 열의의 관계에서 소명의식과 자기효능감이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 전문성 개발 기회가 직무열의에 영향을 주는 데 있어서 소명의식과 자기효능감이 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과들은 상담자의 직무열의를 강화하기 위해 필요한 자원들에 대해 중요한 시사점들을 제시하고 있다.
