The purpose of this study is the role of job for happiness.
First discussed happiness and job satisfaction. Next discussed happiness and job recognition. And discussed job activities and flow. Finally diescussed job and self-actualization.
The results of this study are as follows:
First, happiness and job satisfaction are closely related. Job satisfaction has individual factors and job factors. Job satisfaction is high when matching the individual factors and job factors. Second, three recognition about work are job, career, calling. Job meaning is changed by recognition about work. For those with calling about their work are job satisfaction, productivity and creativity high. Namely, those with calling about their work is happy. Third, for those with high job satisfaction is flow in job activities. Thus the people who experience a lot of flow in jon activities is happy. Fourth, job is an important activity to the scene to exert their full self-realization represent strengths. Those with self-actualizational life through the job are happy.
As noted above, the job plays an important role for the happiness. But the job is not to give a cut in other areas of life. Therefore, it requires a balance between job and the different areas of life.
