심리적 폭력경험과 심리적 증상과의 관계에서 인지요인의 매개효과 = The mediating effects of cognitive variables on psychological symptoms due to the experiences of psychological violence

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 남편에 의한 심리적 폭력경험이 심리적 증상이라 할 수 있는 우울과 심리적 안녕감에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 역기능 태도와 부정적 및 긍정적 자동사고가 유의한 매개변수로 영향을 미칠 것으로 가정하고 구조방정식 모형검증을 실시하였다. 대구, 부산, 울산, 경기도, 경남 등 지역사회에서 총 620명의 기혼 여성을 대상으로 심리적 폭력 및 역기능태도, 부정적 자동사고, 긍정적 자동사고, 우울, 심리적 안녕감을 조사하였다. 전체적으로 연구자에 의해 가정된 매개모형은 χ^2값이 2.18(p=.14), RMSEA .04, NFI .99, CFI .99로서 통계적 적합도는 양호하였다. 세부 경로의 유의성을 살펴본 결과, 심리적 폭력경험은 우울과 심리적 안녕감에 직접적인 영향을 미치기도 했지만, 역기능태도를 거쳐 부정적 자동 사고에 영향을 미치고, 부정적 자동 사고는 우울과 심리적 안녕감에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 심리적 폭력경험이 역기능 신념 이후 긍정적 자동사고를 매개하면서 우울과 심리적 안녕감에 이르는 경로는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과로는 남편의 심리적 폭력으로 인한 아내의 심리적 증상 발생과정에서 역기능 신념과 부정적 자동사고의 인지요인만이 유의한 매개변수였으며, 긍정적 자동사고의 완충효과는 지지되지 못하였다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 심리적 폭력 피해자의 심리적 부적응에 대한 개입에도 인지모형이 적용될 수 있음을 논의하였고, 이의 임상현장에 대한 시사점을 연구의 한계를 고려하여 논의하였다. 끝으로 후속 연구에 대한 개선방안을 제시하였다.
