직장-가정갈등 ; 영역별 만족도(직장생활만족도 ; 가정생활만족도 ; 여가생활만족도) ; 삶의 질 ; 성인우리나라는 1960년대 이후 70년대에 들어서면서 인간의 욕구체계와 가치체계가 생활만족도나 삶의 질에 대한 양적인 측면에서 질적인 측면으로 변화되었고 이에 따라 직장-가정갈등과 주관적 삶의 질에 대한 연구들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 직장과 가정은 개인의 삶 ; 주5일 근무제가 시작되면서 ; Work-Family Conflicts ; Satisfaction of the Work Life ; Satisfaction of the Leisure Life ; Satisfaction of the Family Life ; Quality of Life ; Adult ; Work-Family Conflicts ; Satisfaction of the Work Life ; Satisfaction of the Leisure Life ; Satisfaction of the Family Life ; Quality of Life ; Adult
