국문 초록 (Abstract)

가족의 특징은 다음과 같다.아버지: 술을 지나칠 정도로 좋아함. 지금은 괜찮은데, 예전엔 너무 싫었다. 집안 전체를 비난하는 형. 폭력을 많이 사용. 야구 방망이로 자녀들을 때리고 아내에게도 심한 폭력 사용.어머니: 중졸. 독실한 기독교. 신경성 위장병으로 오랜 기간 동안 병원에 입원. 아버지만 빼고 가족들 모두에게 회유형. 아버지의 비위는 절대로 안 맞춰줌.(기독교가 아니므로) 의존적인 척 하시는 것 같고, 외향적이고, 다양한 모습.형 : 23살에 결혼. 현재 신학대학원 재학. 마음에 안든다. 사고를 쳐서 아이 낳은 후 결혼. 형수도 마음에 안듬. 술을 매우 잘 먹음(매주 세 박스 마신 적도 있음). 형은 비난형, 신경질적이고 날카롭고, 신경증으로 일년 정도 병원에 입원 한 후 군대에 가지 않았음. 본인: 성격이 급하고 적극적. 후배들이 극과 극이라고 함. 영화에 나오는 것 같이 웃으면서 발길질하는 유형. 술 좋아함(소주 3병 정도). 동생: 기독교. 책 읽기, 그림 그리기, 기타 치는 것 좋아함. 회유형. 교회 선생님 하면서도 술 담배 다 먹음. 취미가 술 먹기일 정도...현재 같이 살고 있다. 고집도 있고 사랑도 베풀 줄 알고 성격도 참 좋고, 자랑스러운 동생(스타는 동생의 이야기를 하면서 계속 울먹임).

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to develop a group counseling program using Satir's family reconstruction model. The goal of this group is to extend self awareness and to handle interpersonal conflicts. 18 members attended to the four-day marathon group. The program is divided into three parts: pre-group exercise, family reconstruction procedure, and sharing part. One of the group members who wants to handle his/her family relationship would become star and proceed family reconstruction procedure. This procedure has seven steps: introduction, sculpturing family of origin, sculpturing father's and mother's family of origin, sculpturing parent's marriage process, sculpturing star's family after parent's marriage, re-sculpturing family of origin, and closing procedure which is sharing the experience. One session of reconstruction procedure goes approximately three to four hours. A case example of family reconstruction procedure is presented. During the session, star experienced impacts of his past and reconstructed his family sculpture. As a result, he could have new perceptions of his family relationship and himself. Three months after, he reported positively directional change has been sustained. There was no significant change of social support and self-esteem of group members between before and one week after the group. However, there was significant change of those two measures between before and one month after the group. It shows that family reconstruction method may have long term effect on person's change.
