생활체육지도자의 수업지식과 전문성의 관계

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to identify the causal relationship between pedagogical content knowledge and expertise of leisure sports instructors. To achieve the purpose of the study, 289 leisure sports instructors were selected as subjects from sports centers in Seoul, by the cluster sampling method. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire in which pedagogical content knowledge and expertise. Data analyses consisted of employing descriptive statistics, factor analysis, correlation and standard multiple regression analysis using SPSS/PC+ 15.0 and AMOS 5.0. The following results were obtained: The relationship between pedagogical content knowledge and expertise of leisure sports instructors were the causal relation. Firstly, pedagogical content knowledge statistically and significantly influences instruction of leisure sports instructors. Secondly, pedagogical content knowledge statistically and significantly influences human relations of leisure sports instructors. Thirdly, pedagogical content knowledge statistically and significantly influences members management of leisure sports instructors. Last, pedagogical content knowledge statistically and significantly influences administrative job of leisure sports instructors.
