The purpose of this study was to examine Relationships among TPB elements and sports behavior predicted factors based on the degree of intention in sports for all leaders. A total of 610 participants(male=358, female: 252) age-range from 20s to 30s completed the Korea version of the sports behavior predicted scale. This study used the ``Questionnaire Theory of Planned Behavior`` developed by Kim(2001), Povey et. al(2000). The data were processed by computer with SPSS 15.0 Version which is a statistical program; also were descriptive statistics analysis, reliability analysis, elicitation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. This result showed that the intention was influenced by the promise with themselves to keep performing in any difficult situation rather than by the belief of the activities, the outcomes of expectation, and supports of other people. In the model of TPB, Aact and GCP had influence on the intention to sports for all leaders. Elicitation analysis indicated that "fun" (Aact), "self(SN)", "time(PBC)" was significant to the prediction of sports for all leaders in the TPB model factors.
