청소년참여기구 소속 청소년의 청소년리더십 영향요인 분석

국문 초록 (Abstract)

이 연구의 목적은 청소년참여기구 청소년의 청소년리더십 영향요인을 분석하는 것이다. 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 청소년참여기구에 참여하고 있는 청소년 716명을 비례할당표집 하였다. 청소년리더십 진단도구는 한국교육개발원(2003)에서 개발한 도구를 활용하였다. 이 도구는 50개의 문항(목표달성 능력, 재창조 능력, 통솔력, 인간관계 능력, 목적의식 각 10문항)으로 이루어져 있으며, 내적일치도(Cronbach' α 계수)는 0.96으로 높게 나타났다. 주요 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상관관계 분석결과 연령, 가정경제수준, 성적, 자아존중감, 참여정도, 참여기간, 성취기대수준이 높을수록 청소년리더십 능력 수준이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 위계적 회귀분석 결과 자아존중감, 참여정도, 성적, 성취기대수준, 연령, 가정경제수준의 변인들로 구성된 회귀모델은 종속변수인 청소년리더십 능력수준 총변량의 43.8%를 설명하는 것으로 나타났다. 즉, 자아존중감, 참여정도, 성적, 성취기대수준, 연령, 가정경제수준 변인이 청소년 참여기구에 참여하는 청소년들의 청소년리더십 능력을 예측하는 데 있어 매우 의미 있는 변인들임을 보여주고 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study were to examine the effects of youth participation on the youth leadership. The dependent variable was consisted of 50 items of youth leadership scale. The 7 independent variables were selected through literature reviews. The variables selected for this study were; 1) demographic variables such as age, economy level, and average school grades, 2) socio-psychological variable such as self-esteem, 3) youth participation-related variables such as level of participation, years in youth participation committee, and achievement expectancy. Data for this study were collected from 719 youths participating in youth participation committees including Presidential Youth Congress, Youth Administration Committees and Youth Participation Committees. The results were as follows: First, the results of Correlation Analysis revealed that 7 independent variables(age, economy level, average school grades, self-esteem, level of participation, years in youth participation committee, and achievement expectancy) influenced positively the youth leadership ability. Second, as a result of hierarchical regression analysis, 6 independent variables(age, economy level, average school grades, self-esteem, level of participation, and achievement expectancy) accounted for 45.5% of the variance of youth leadership.
