남녀 청소년의 학교적응에 영향을 미치는 요인 연구

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 청소년이 지각한 가족, 학교, 지역사회 요인들이 청소년의 학교적응의 연속선상에 있는 문제행동, 학교생활흥미, 학업성적에 각각 어떻게 영향을 미치는지, 성별에 따라 어떻게 다른지 분석하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 이를 위해 한국청소년패널 3차년도 데이터를 이용하여 고등학교 1학년에 재학 중인 남녀 학생 3,085명을 대상으로 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 남녀 공통적으로 문제행동에는 가족분위기, 친구문제행동, 또래애착이, 학교생활흥미에는 친구문제행동, 또래애착, 교사애착이, 학업성적에는 부모애착, 부모의 진로관심, 교사애착이 영향을 미치는 요인으로 밝혀졌다. 또한 성별에 따라 이러한 영향에 다소 차이가 있었다. 이러한 결과를 종합할 때, 학생들의 학교생활부적응에 대한 문제해결방안 수립시 성별 및 학교생활부적응의 양상을 고려한 다양한 접근이 필요하다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influence of factors related to family, school, neighborhood on school adjustment of high school students. The school adjustment included problem behavior, sense of school coherence, academic achievement. The sample was selected utilizing Korean Youth Panel Survey data from a nationally representative sample of 3,085 high school students. Using multiple regression modeling, the family, school, and neighborhood factors displayed significant but differential pattern of impacts on the 3 school adjustment studied. The implications of these findings with respect to practice and policy are addressed.
