영유아의 정서성 기질, 아버지의 양육참여, 어머니의 양육스트레스 사이의 자기회귀교차지연 효과 검증 = The longitudinal relationship among the emotional temperament of infant, father`s parenting engagement, and mother`s parenting stress using autoregressive cross-lagged model

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to examine the longitudinal reciprocal relationships among infant’s emotional temperament, father’s parenting engagement, and mother’s parenting stress. Five waves(2008-2012) of data from the Korea Institute of Child Care and Education were analyzed in this study by an autoregressive cross-lagged modeling and the data generally supported our hypotheses. First, infant’s emotional temperament, father’s parenting engagement, and mother’s parenting stress were significantly over time in the total 5 wave data. Second, emotional temperament of infant(t) did not predict father’s parenting engagement(t+1) as father’s parenting engagement(t) did not predict emotional temperament of infant(t+1). Moreover, father’s parenting engagement(t) did not predict mother’s parenting stress(t+1) as mother’s parenting stress(t) did not predict father’s parenting engagement(t+1). However, mother’s parenting stress(t) had a statistically significant effect on the emotional temperament of infant(t+1), whereas the emotional temperament of infant(t) did not predict mother’s negative emotions(t+1). These findings suggests that we need to change. The implication derived from the results, discussion for reciprocal relationship among infant, father and mother and suggestion for following studies were presented.
