미용산업 종사자의 감성지능이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Beauty Industry Work`s Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to verify the effect of job satisfaction on beauty shop worker’s emotional intelligence. The results showed that emotion use and control (sub-factors of emotional intelligence) affected the desire to be kind to customers (a sub-factor of customer orientation). We also found that emotional intelligence of positive thinking, emotional labor, work itself, welfare, and satisfaction with the relationship with colleagues lead to customer-oriented thinking and therefore better performance. Thus, we confirmed that emotional intelligence, job satisfaction and customer orientation are mutually linked. These result suggest that a scientific and systematic approach to human resources management should be used to stimulate customer-oriented thinking.
