국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 개발을 위해 설계된 두 단계 중, 두 번째 단계에 해당되는 것이다. 첫 번째 단계의 연구목적은 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 개발하기 위한 이론적 체계를 구성하는 것이며, 두 번째 단계의 연구 목적은 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델의 활용을 위한 교육훈련체계를 구축하는 것이다. 두 번째 단계에 해당하는 본 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구문제는 두 가지이다. 연구문제 1은 TREASURE Talk 코칭모델을 활용하여 과잉연습한 후의 효과를 확인할 수 있는 코딩체계를 구축하는 것으로써 첫 번째 연 구에서 고찰한 이론적 배경을 기반으로 함과 동시에 코딩체계와 교육훈련체계의 구축과 관련 된 선행연구의 고찰, 브레인 스토밍, 모의교육과 훈련방법을 사용하였다. 연구문제 2는 구축한 교육훈련체계의 내용타당성을 확인하기 위해 질문지법을 사용하였다. 즉 아동에게 의미 있는 성인으로써의 부모 20명과 교사 22명을 대상으로 각각 2회, 총 20시간의 교육훈련을 실시한 후, 15문항으로 구성된 만족도 조사를 실시하였다.
연구결과, TRE-AS-URE로 구분된 세 모듈과 T, R, E, A, S, U, R, E의 명칭을 가진 8개의 카테고리 및 T, R, E, S, U, R, E는 다시 3가지의 코딩규칙으로, A는 6가지 코딩규칙으로 구성 된 TREASURE Talk 코딩체계를 구축하였다. 구축된 코딩체계는 질문지법에 의한 만족도 조 사를 실시하였으며, 그 결과 5점 기준 3.5-4.9의 결과를 얻어 교육훈련체계의 구축에 관한 내 용의 타당성을 확인하였다.

This study pertains to the second stage of the two stages designed for the development of a TREASURE Talk coaching model. The purpose of the study in the first stage is to construct a theoretical system for the development of a TREASURE Talk coaching model. The purpose in the second stage is to construct an education and training system for the utilization of a TREASURE Talk coaching model. The research question 1 is to constitute a coding system with which it is possible to confirm any effect after excessive practice from utilizing a TREASURE Talk coaching model. And the research question 2 employs a questionnaire method to confirm the content validity of the established education and training system. The subjects in this study are 22 parents and 20 teachers, who are considered as meaningful adults to children. A total of 20 hours of both of education and training was given two times. Then, a satisfaction survey composed of 15 questions was conducted.
The result of this study are as follows. TREASURE Talk coding system was established that was composed of three modules classified as TRE-AS-URE and 8 categories with the names of T, R, E, A, S, U, R, E among which T, R, E, S, U, R, E were composed again as 3 coding rules, and A was composed of 6 coding rules. Also, as a result of the satisfaction survey of the education and training system using a questionnaire method, the content validity regarding the construction of an education and training system was confirmed with the result of 3.5-4.9 points out of full 5 points.
