빅데이터를 이용한 지역미래전략 수립에 관한 시론적 연구 = SNS 및 언론기사 분석을 통하여

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 빅데이터를 활용하여 지역미래전략을 수립하기 위해 충청남도를 사례로 선정하여 실험적인 분석을 실시하였다. 구체적으로 지역 현안을 보도한 언론기사와 SNS분석을 바탕으로 한 여론을 구조적으로 분석하고, 이러한 여론 분석으로 도출해 낸 키워드를 정책과 연결하여 정책파급양상을 공간적·가시적으로 표현하였다. 언론기사 분석 결과, 2013년 상반기에는 주로 정치, 경제적 이슈가, 하반기에는 문화 관련 이슈 등이 중점적으로 표출되는 것을 발견하였다. 트위터 분석을 통한 충청남도의 정책 관련 키워드 구조에서는 천안시가 전체 정보네트워크 안에서 중요한 허브(hub)로 추출되었다. 또한 충청남도의 대표 정책인 사회적 경제와 3농혁신에 관한 각 키워드의 특징을 분석하여 각 키워드의 특성과 충청남도와의 관계를 조망할 수 있었다. 이러한 분석은 빅데이터 분석을 이용한 광역지방정부의 정책현안과 특징을 반영한 전략수립의 기초자료로 활용될 것으로 기대한다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This paper experimentally analysed Big Data for futures strategy in local government, the case of Chungcheonnam-do province. The analysis consists the structural analysis of the evaluating for policy, analysing public opinion using the newspaper which reported on regional issues and SNS data as public opinion, and the visualization of the result. The result of analysis using newspaper mainly indicates political and economic issues in the first half, and issues related to culture in the second half. From the result of Twitter analysis, the policy keyword structure are relevant of Cheonan City as network hub, which means all of the information concentrated. In addition, we analysed the characteristics, the relationship and structure in SNS big data of each representative policy keyword of Chungcheongnam-do, for example ‘social economy’ policy and ‘3 nonghyeoksin’(3 innovation for agriculture). These analyse could be expected to be a material for the implementation of futures strategy of wide-area local government.
