청소년 공동체 의식이 다문화 수용성에 미치는 연향에 관한 연구: 또래애착의 매개효과를 중심으로 = Study of Youth's Community Awareness Impact on Multicultural Acceptance: Focusing on the Mediationg Effect of Peer Attachment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 청소년의 공동체 의식이 다문화 수용성에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대해 살펴보며, 이들의 관계에서 또래애착의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 한국아동·청소년패널조사 데이터에서 조사대상자 2,378명 중 본 연구의 목적에 적합한 2,090명을 대상으로 기술통계와 다중회귀분석을 사용하였다. 연구 결과에서는 첫째, 청소년의 건강수준, 교육수준(부)·(모)에 따라 공동체 의식은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 청소년의 성별, 건강수준, 교육수준(부)·(모), 형제자매 수에 따라 또래애착은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 청소년의 건강수준에 따라 다문화 수용성은 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 청소년의 공동체 의식과 다문화 수용성 간의 관계에서 또래애착은 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과에 따라 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 향상시키기 위한 개입 방안으로 청소년을 위한 공동체 의식교육 강화, 또래애착 함양을 위한 전략, 또래를 통한 멘토링 프로그램 활성화를 제시하였다. 본 논문의 연구결과는 청소년의 다문화 수용성을 향상시키기 위한 후속연구의 기초자료로서 의미를 갖는다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to examine how youth's community awareness affects the multicultural cultural acceptance and to test the mediating effect of peer attachment between variables. To this end, this study applies the descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis based on 2,090 persons that Suitable for the purpose of the study from Korea Children and Youth Panel Survey data. The findings showed some interesting results. First, youth;s community awareness showed difference depending on the level of education(father, mother) and health status of youth. Second, youth's mediating effect showed difference depending on the level of education(father, mother), health status of youth and sex. Third, cultural acceptance showed difference depending on health status of youth. Finally, peer attachment of mediation effect was observed relationship between youth's community awareness and multi cultural acceptance. Based on these findings, enhanced sense of community education for youth, strategies for fostering peer attachment, activation through peer mentoring program are suggested as interventions to improve the multi cultural acceptance of youth. Results of this study have the meanings as the basis for further research to improve the multicultural acceptance of young people.
