장애학생 취업지도를 위한 지역사회 연계과정에서 나타나는 특수교사 인식과 경험에 대한 자문화기술지 = An Autoethnography on the Awareness and Experience of Special Education Teacher about Vocational Education Cooperation for Students with Disabilities

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed to research the considerations for cooperation between special school teacher and welfare facilities workers as exploring change of awareness and perspective of special school teachers. This study proceeded through auto-ethnography of qualitative research and four special education teachers, three vocational rehabilitation facilities workers and one coordinator took part as participant. The data collection consisted of field observation records of researcher and interview data of special teachers and welfare facilities workers. The collected data analyzed through In vivo coding method and tried to revive daily language and viewpoints of participants. The results of this study were as follows. First, the awareness of special eduction teachers on the employment of students with disabilities appeared as drifting vocational education and difficult conditions to present a vision, agony about role depreciation of graduated students with disabilities and confusion about identity of teacher role. Second, awareness and attitude about teacher of the outside welfare facilities appeared as high threshold and uncomfortable companion. Third, they regarded to need understanding efforts about task and role of each other. They thought their barrier and conflict started from misunderstanding of each others.
