중국문화산업 연구동향 = The Trends of Studies on the Chinese Cultural Industry - Focused on Chinese Academic Essays Published between 2009 and 2013

국문 초록 (Abstract)

중국에서는 2009년 국제금융위기를 통해, 문화산업은 국가차원의 전략적인 산업으로 부상하게 되었다. 이 중요한 전환시점에 부응하여 문화산업을 연구하는 학자들도 많아졌다. 필자는 중국최대의 논문사이트인 지망(知網, http://www.cnki.net/)을 이용해 문화산업, 중국문화산업 등 주요 키워드를 입력하여 2009년부터 2013년까지 모든 중국문화산업 관련 박사학위논문 197편과 학술논문 236편을 모아서 검토하였다.
본 글은 먼저 문화산업과 문화창의산업의 정의를 검토하였으며, 이어서 2004년과 2012년에 중국정부가 공표한 문화산업분류를 분석하였다. 다음 장에서는 중국문화산업연구의 트랜드를 크게 문화산업, 문화산업정책, 저작권, 지역문화산업 등으로 나누어 관련 논문들을 분석하였다.
중국 문화산업 연구는 다양한 학문분야에서 활발히 시도되고 있으며, 특히 문화산업의 새로운 단계라고 할 수 있는 문화창의산업의 연구가 집중되고 있다. 앞으로 구체적이면서도 깊이 있는 연구가 산출될 것으로 예상된다. 문화산업정책에 대한 연구는 구체적인 보완방안, 문화산업정책의 구체적 수행과정, 정책시스템 전반에 대한 평가 관련 논문들이 차후 산출될 것도 예상된다. 또한 저작권보호에 대한 연구와 더불어 저작권관리 및 저작권 이익배분등과 관련된 연구들이 주목을 받을 것이며, 지역문화산업 관련 연구는 광대한 지역을 포괄하는 중국의 지리적 특성상 더욱 증대될 것으로 예상된다.
끝으로 본 논문에서는 중국문화산업 관련 연구논문을 전체적으로 소개하는 차원이어서 논문 하나하나에 대한 세밀한 검토는 이루어질 수 없었다. 이 점은 추후 개별 주제를 다룬 후고를 통해 보완될 것이다. 또한 각 세분화된 문화산업부문, 예를 들면 TV방송, 영화, 애니메이션, 게임, 공연 등 각 장르별 연구논문은 생략할 수밖에 없었다. 이 역시 차후 구체적인 연구주제를 통해 반영될 수 있을 것이다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

In China, the cultural industry has come to emerge as the national-level strategic industry through the global financial crisis in 2009. In keeping with this important turning point, many scholars have studies the cultural industry. So this study collected and examined 197 doctoral dissertations and 236 academic essays related to the Chinese cultural industry published over the period between 2009 and 2013 by entering major key words such as the cultural industry and the Chinese cultural industry with the use of Zhiwang (http://www.cnki.net/), the greatest academic paper site of China.
This study first examined the definitions of the cultural industry and the cultural creation industry and then analyzed the classification of the cultural industry publicly announced by Chinese government in 2004 and 2012. The next chapter attempted to analyze related papers by dividing the trends of studies on the Chinese cultural industry into the cultural industry, the cultural industry policy, the copyright, the regional cultural industry and the like in a broad sense.
An attempt is actively made to conduct studies on the Chinese cultural industry in diverse academic fields. and especially studies are concentrated on the cultural creation industry which can be said to be a new stage of the cultural industry. It is anticipated that concrete and in-depth studies will be conducted in the future. And it is anticipated that studies on the cultural industrial policy will be conducted in relation to the concrete complementation scheme, the concrete implementing process of the cultural industrial policy, and the evaluation of the overall policy system in the future. And studies related to copyright management and the allocation of interests from the copyright will draw attention together with those on copyright protection. And it is anticipated that studies relating to the regional cultural industry will further increase on account of the Chinese geographical characteristics covering the vast area.
Finally, this study could not make a detailed examination of individual academic papers as it focused on the level of introducing research studies related to the Chinese cultural industry overall. This point will be complemented through the study that will deal with the individual subject in the future. And this could not but omit research studies on each genre such as subdivided cultural industrial fields, for example, TV broadcasting, cinema, animation, game, performance and the like. And this could also be reflected through concrete research subjects in the future.
