현장실습 운영활성화를 위한 효율적 방안에 관한 연구: 충청지역 A대학교의 산학협력선도대학(LINC) 사업을 중심으로 = A Study on the effective strategy of “How to activate Field Training Internships” : Focused on LINC Business of A University in Chung cheong Region

The purpose of this study is to offer the research material for each university to strengthen the field training internships by proposing to an efficient plan for the field training internships operate activation from now on, after this research analyzed the field training internships promoting state put into effect through LINC business of A University in Chung cheong Region and derived an outcome and a problem based on student apprentice's evaluation result.
I considered a theoretical background by the domestic and abroad case center to a field training internships for this, put the contents promoted for field training internships activation actually in order and passed through the process which is analyzed and estimated.
When the result is summarized, various, it was rewarded with big good results through introduction of a new field training internships system and aggressive promotion, also had very high degree of satisfaction of the student apprentice and appeared. Nevertheless, recognition to student apprentice's field training internships was still feeble and lacking in information data to a field training internships company, and real time introduced on line system for correct agreement, but the problem that I don't settle yet was derived. Therefore an efficient plan for field training internships operating activation would have to be devised by field training internships cultural spread promotion reinforcement, field training internships subject authentication system introduction and post fact control reinforcement of the trend type, the getting a job custom-making type field training internships new model development, innovation of field training internships operating system, building of field training internships platform and reinforcing of field training internships follow-up management.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 산학협력선도대학(LINC)사업을 통해 실시한 충청지역 A대학교의 현장실습 추진현황을 분석하고, 실습생의 평가결과를 토대로 성과와 문제점을 도출한 후, 향후 현장실습 운영활성화를 위한 효율적 방안에 대해 제언함으로써 각 대학들이 현장실습을 강화하기 위한 연구 자료를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 현장실습에 대해 이론적 배경을 국내외 사례중심으로 고찰하였고, 실제적으로 현장실습 활성화를 위해 추진했던 내용을 정리하고 분석하고 평가하는 과정을 거쳤다.
그 결과를 요약하면 다양하고 새로운 현장 실습방식의 도입과 적극적인 추진을 통해 큰 성과를 거두었으며 실습생의 만족도도 매우 높게 나타났다. 그럼에도 불구하고 아직도 실습생의 현장실습에 대한 인식이 미약하고, 현장실습기관에 대한 정보 데이터가 부족하며, 실시간 정확한 매칭을 위하여 온라인시스템을 도입했으나 아직 정착하고 있지 못한 문제점 등이 도출되었다. 따라서, 이러한 한계점을 해소하기 위해 현장실습 문화 확산 캠페인 강화, 현장실습 교과목 인증제 도입, 트렌드형 및 취업맞춤형 현장실습 신모델 개발, 현장실습 운영시스템 혁신, 현장실습 플랫폼 구축, 현장실습 성과의 사후관리 강화 등 현장실습 운영활성화를 위한 효율적 방안이 강구되어야 할 것이다.
